Professor Bainbridge on Wine:

“In one of his older books, Hugh Johnson complained that top wine regions might as well be the Sahara desert when it came to fine dining. Our lively and informative guide from Wendt tours (which I very highly recommend) recommended a stop at Roberts in Pokolbin, which was an inspired choice.” read more …

I hope Stephen Bainbridge is heading to the Margaret River region of Western Australia during his travels. It is my understanding that the Margaret River region has more wineries with attached restaurants than anywhere else in the world. Any there is some magnificent dining to be enjoyed there!
