T’Gallant is a leader in Australian cool climate viticulture and winemaking and its winemakers are pioneers of Australian Pinot Grigio and Pinot Gris. Their Mornington Peninsula vineyard is a wonderful example of Australian cool maritime climate that ripens grapes to beautiful, intense flavours.

The T’Gallant Tribute 2004 Pinot Gris is a fine example of the climate and the winemakers’ – Kevin McCarthy & Kathleen Quealy – skill. It is pale golden straw in colour with a nose of minerals and stone fruit with a palate that displays stone fruits, pears, some sharp acidity and a slightly bitter (but not unpleasant) note.
